Each Flora Fiora piece is made in small batches and limited quantities, created by Juliany Braga in her studio. Because of the handmade nature and limited stock of these pieces, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or monetary returns. Items are eligible for exchange only, subject to the conditions below.
Exchanges
- Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Exchanges are subject to availability due to our small-batch production. If the original item is unavailable, an alternative piece of equal value may be offered.
- Shipping costs are not included and are the customer's responsibility.
Repairs
If your piece arrives damaged or develops an issue related to its craftsmanship, within a month of use, please contact us with photos and a description of the issue at florafiorashop@gmail.com or contato@julianybraga.me. Depending on the situation, the item may be sent back to the studio for assessment and repair.
Shipping costs for repairs are not included and may be the customer's responsibility. We will confirm any applicable costs before the item is sent.
Damage resulting from accidents, improper care, normal wear and tear, or exposure to chemicals may not be eligible for complimentary repair.
