I am thrilled you're joining the return program! By sending back your used Flora Fiora perfume packaging, you're helping me reduce waste and keep the cycle of beauty going. As a thank-you, you'll receive $10 off your next full-size perfume purchase.

What to Return:
 

Please include the complete original packaging:

  • The empty perfume bottle

  • The bag

  • The box 

We can only offer the discount for complete returns.

How to Return: 
 

You may return your packaging in one of the following ways:

  1. Local Drop-off

    You can hand-deliver your return in person. I will pass you instructions to arrange a convenient drop-off time.
     

  2. Ship It Back

    You’re welcome to mail your return to me at the address that will be provided upon contact.
    Note: Shipping costs are not covered and are at your own expense.

Once your return is received and confirmed:

  • You’ll receive a one-time $10 discount code via email, valid for your next full-size perfume purchase.

  • This discount cannot be combined with other promotions or used on products other than the one purchased.

  • Valid for the Craftbox Perfume Kit only.
