Shipping Policy

How long does it take to process my order?

For regular orders, processing generally takes 3-7 business days after you place an order.

You will receive a notification email once your order is ready for shipping. We do not ship packages on weekends or holidays at this point.

If your order consists of Pre-Order item(s), we ship the entire order out when the pre-order item(s) is ready.

Can I change my order?

Unfortunately, I won’t be able to change an order once it is placed in the system.

Wrong shipping address:

If the shipping address on your order is incorrect, please use the contact option on the menu to contact me.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed, etc., the customer is subject to an additional shipping fee for the package to ship out again. Please enter the correct address before checking out your shopping cart.

If you need to change your shipping address after the package leaves our facility, we may be unable to do so. The customer is also responsible for any additional fee caused during the process.

Can I cancel my order?

Once the order is dispatched from our facility, we won’t be able to cancel it. Before that, contact customer support for assistance.

Which Countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to Canada & US. All orders are shipped through Canada Post.

How do I track my order?

Your package will be shipped from my house in Canada. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information, which you can use to track the status of your order. Please allow extra processing time for the latest tracking status to be updated, as local couriers may experience slight delays.

What to do with a lost package?

If your package has been lost in transit, please get in touch with customer support immediately. If the tracking shows the package was delivered while you did not receive it, please contact your mail carrier for further info.

After an order has been delivered to the shipping company/or address entered on the order, I cannot be held responsible for stolen or lost packages.

Duties & Taxes

  • Return Local Duties and Taxes

        1. When you ship your return items to me, you may incur local taxes and import duties. I am NOT responsible for these charges. The customer should be responsible for all the extra charges.  

        2. When you decide to return, please remember to contact us first. Local taxes and import duties may be incurred in some countries and are not included in the amounts shown. The buyer or recipient of the shipment is responsible for all such taxes and duties. Our products are sold in Canada and the US, and we cannot guarantee that they meet the import requirements of every country. If in doubt, please check with your country's customs office before ordering.

Return & Exchange Policy

I will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached or defective merchandise purchased on florafiora.shop for gift cards, repair or exchange—no cash reimbursements.

* IMPORTANT: When you decide to return your items, please contact me through the contact tab on the menu and inform me about your problem.

We have a 14-day return policy from the date of purchase, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How to return?

To start a return, you can contact me using the contact box on the menu. If your return is accepted, we’ll email you about how and where to send your package. Items returned to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can contact me with any return questions in the contact box below.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Notice that every piece is handmade and may present slight differences from the pictures, small pieces of loose thread, handmarks such as scissors, painting details, subtle colour differences, and small size discrepancies. I won't accept returns for uncareful handling of paper and delicate items. The damages considered are bad printing quality, broken claps, studs, stained material, and ripped and torn paper, etc. Damaged packaging and intact products will not be regarded as defective items, as the carrier may incur small indentations when processing and delivering your product. I do my best to protect them as best as I can.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange the item instead of receiving a gift card refund, please send me a message in the contact box below.
Customers need to pay the shipping fee for the exchanged items. You can only exchange an item if the same presents any damage or issues. The product needs to be shipped with the original tag and packaging.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed and then 5-10 business days for you to receive your gift card credit. 

If the consumer causes the return, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The fee depends on the express company you choose. No restocking fee will be charged to customers for product returns.
If the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee.

  • Late or missing refunds:

        1. If you haven’t received a refund, please check your store account first.

        2. If you still have not received your refund, please get in touch with me.
